About Rosie
New York born, Texas planted
Thirty years of cooking for people I love, and a kitchen in Fort Worth that still smells like my grandmother’s.

A little about me
I learned to cook standing on a chair beside my grandmother.
Sunday sauce, bread still warm, too much food and nobody in a hurry. That’s the table I grew up at, and it’s the one I’m still setting — now in Fort Worth, for weddings, offices and neighbors who need dinner handled.
Everything is made by hand, in small batches, seasoned by taste rather than a recipe card. If you tell me about the people you’re feeding, I’ll tell you what I’d cook for them.

How it goes
One
We talk
Date, venue, headcount, and the food your people actually get excited about.
Two
A menu & a number
Written proposal within a week, itemized, with nothing hidden in the fine print.
Three
Tasting
At my table, for two. We adjust until it’s right — that’s the whole point.
Four
The day
We arrive early, feed everyone warm, and leave the kitchen cleaner than we found it.
“Rosie fed a hundred and ten people at our wedding and somehow it tasted like a family dinner. Guests are still asking about the scones.”
